OperA...fee|s weird

there's nothing wrong wif chinese opera....



only I feel its weird. maybe im jz NOT brought up in those era where chinese opera is the only source of entertainment. well, i AM brought up in the era where chinese opera is NOT a type of entertainment, its more of a "history" or tradition. so, i have never been exposed to chinese opera, so i find it weird, interestingly weird.



ah c was performing chinese opera wif a professional opera singer in a recent charity show... hmmm... i stil felt "uneasy" listening to chinese opera, especially ah c singing it. though she was good, singing the "man's" part, probably im more used to ah c singing modern music. it was a total contrast coz after singing chinese opera, she sang her newest song, "blossoming flower" (fa geen). & that was a fast number... ahha... how odd could that be?

anyhow, the whole performance was great, cool... coz ah c was the one singing it, so... ahhah... im biased, obviously. ahhaha... if ah c were to sing like a frog, i'll probably still say its good too... but "unfortunately" ah c doesnt have the ability to sing like a frog, its only ME who has the potential to croak & make pple run away, far far away *piaks*
