i tried all ways & means....
had to trouble-shoot from top to bottom....
nothing much seems to work...

changed the power supply... din work...
changed the D type flip flop... din work...
changed the 0.1F capacitors... din work...
changed the op-amps... din work...
changed to wire-wrap technique... din work...
changed the oscillator circuit yesterday... din work...
enhanced the sensor today using to different materials... din work...

concepts & theories are correct...
why isnt it workin? i wonder...
