Saving Face

i watched it again, for the second time & it is still so good...
story is so sweet...
it's real... how chinese are so traditional in thinking & it totally reflects on how i feel...
they are american born chinese, atleast their families have been influenced more or less by the western culture, but wat bout us, asian chinese, where all our families are still SO traditional...
how would it be to "come out" to them?

story is so sweet... michelle krusiec & lynn chen really pulled it off well...
when sex is not just bout sex, its about love...
there wasnt even really a sex scene... but u could feel the vibe... u could feel the emotions protrayed by them... so intense, so meaningful...

besides that, its a comedy... ahhaha...

joan chen was wonderful too, being a mom to michelle krusiec & being pregnant at the same time, brings the extra meaning to the show... adds on to the seriousness of the traditional chinese thinking that alice wu is trying to reflect here.

by far, Saving Face is still the best movie i have ever watched...
