Out Of sync

there are so many factors that can contribute to being out of sync...
signals comin in, but cant be synchronized, it only keeps searching...
frequency might not be compatible...
rates might not be compatible...
thresholds might not be compatible...
if its signal loss, it might be pumps down...
so, to maintain it being in sync, we need to have the skills... to keep everything right n in sync... & im obviously not good at it yet... im not experienced enuf... it takes time to learn... & it also depends on whether the program wants me to learn it. if the program completely shuts itself away from me, there's no way im going to get it in sync...
